ADEDAMOLA

OLUBUMMO

A leadership consultant and speaker focusing on leadership development, personal growth, and organizational strategies.

Because we would rather live in a social media world where we can all pretend that everything is okay.

A solution to this problem which usually eventually result in depression, repressed emotions and whatnots is to have a person we can talk to without fear of judgement, drama or having our intimate stories being peddled all over/turned to gossip material/fodder.

I consider you a person with characteristics of being a good listening ear.

A.A

You have an uncanny and invaluable ability of getting people to open to up to you.

There's an art/skill/competence required to communicate to people that they can trust you and talk to you.

It comes from a place of being able to show vulnerability ourselves which most of us find hard to.

T.A

I was introduced to you, in 2012 and I can say this singular act by my elder sister, has changed, shaped and contributed positively to how I've grown and the woman that I have become today.

You, my mentor – Adedamola Olubummo; your way of handling difficult matters, manner of approach to people, smartness, and wisdom has distinguished you from every other person I came in contact with.

You have been able to see the qualities of a leader in me and immediately put me to the task.

Also able to build my confidence in handling people, matters, and circumstances well and this has not only helped me in ministry but also in my marriage and at my workplace.

Your smartness, creativity and ideology in dealing with challenges and life matters is second to none.

Deep learning, growth and development such as the one I enjoy in your mentorship is difficult to achieve except through continuous mentoring which I am still enjoying the benefits till date.

I gladly recommend you to anyone and everyone that wishes to learn and thereafter lead.
